Pool Closing – Full Package
1. Apply all winter chemicals needed. If you wish, you can purchase your own chemicals and apply 1 to 2 days before Holland Home Leisure comes.
2. The water level in aboveground pools will be lowered to the bottom of the skimmer for winterization. Inground pools will be left at the level they are at when winterizing.
3. We will remove deck equipment (ladders, steps, handrails, solar roller, etc.). All deck equipment and maintenance will be placed in an appropriate area. If the technician is not sure where to put the equipment, they will place it all together so that you can put it away.
4. Winterize lines and equipment (pump, filter, etc.). Plugs will be installed and anti-freeze will be added as needed. Chemical feeder will be rinsed out and salt water cells will be cleaned if applicable.
5. Water bags if applicable will be filled and cover installed.

o Vacuuming-Only: Initial vacuuming at the start of the year or vacuuming debris before close up will be provided at an additional charge when we are in the area and we cannot not make a special trip to your area to vacuum.
